NetLink NBN Trust's full-year DPU rises 1.0% to $0.0513 

The increase in DPU was driven by the group's higher revenue for FY22.

SGX-listed NetLink NBN Trust's distribution per unit rose 1.0% to $0.0513 in FY2022 on the back of higher revenue.

For FY2022, revenue for the group rose 2.5% to $377.6m due to higher residential, NBAP and segment connections, installation-related revenue and ancillary project revenues.

The revenue of the abovementioned business segments of the groups increased by $2.8m, $4.1m, and $2.7m, respectively. Meanwhile, the ancillary project posted a $1.3m revenue. 

The overall revenue growth, however, was offset by the decline in central office revenue which posted a $1.8m decrease.

Given the higher revenue, unitholders can expect to receive a distribution of $0.0257 per unit for the six months which ended 31 March on 10 June.

Each unitholder's entitlement to the distribution will be finalised at 5 p.m. on 27 May.
