• Nominees will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the nomination form and supporting documents submitted.

• The awards are for:

  • Top-level executives, innovative individuals, and dynamic teams who launched successful and notable new projects or innovations

  • Employee engagement initiatives, health & wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion initiatives that elevated employee motivation and drive positive outcomes.

• The awards will be given per industry category.

• For the Executive, Innovator, and Team of the Year categories - The executive, innovator or team must be able to showcase their remarkable contributions to the success and growth of their companies in the last 12-24 calendar months. 

• For the Employee Engagement Initiatives, Health & Wellness Initiatives, and Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives categories - The company should have launched a new project, innovation, strategy or initiative that made a positive impact to its workforce and other stakeholders, not more than 24 calendar months ago.

Note: 

Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the Awards Programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits

Executive of the Year (CEO, COO, Chairman, MD, and other C-level/top-level executives)

• Achievements - How did the executive's exceptional leadership help drive the company's growth?
• Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the executive encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
• Innovation - What new ideas did the executive introduce to substantially boost the company's business?

Innovator of the Year

• Uniqueness - What are the unique and innovative initiatives that the innovator have spearheaded? 
• Success - Discuss the innovator's recent notable contributions in pioneering the solution which led to the significant growth of the company.
• Effectiveness - How effective was the innovation and how did it impact the company?

Team of the Year

• Achievements - What are the team's remarkable contributions to the company's growth?
• Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the team encountered in driving growth? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
• Innovation - What new ideas did the team introduce to substantially boost the company's business?

Employee Engagement of the Year

• Engagement Strategy - What are the current approaches adopted to actively engage employees and promote their career fulfillment.
• Effectiveness - How effective was the strategy implemented, and what impact did it have on the workforce?
• Feedback - What are some examples of positive feedback received from employees that highlight increased job satisfaction, improved communication, strengthened relationships, and a sense of belonging within the organization?

Health & Wellness Initiative of the Year 

• Strategy - What are the recent initiatives implemented to promote health & wellness of your workforce?
• Effectiveness - How effective was the health and wellness strategy implemented, and what impact did it have on the workforce?
• Feedback - What are some examples of positive feedback received from employees that highlight increased job satisfaction, improved communication, strengthened relationships, and a sense of belonging within the organization? In what ways did this positively impact the company's operations?

Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year

• Strategy - What are the most recent initiatives that have been put in place to foster diversity and inclusion within your workforce?
• Effectiveness - How have diversity and inclusion initiatives resulted in increased job satisfaction, improved communication, strengthened relationships, and a sense of belonging within the organization?
• Feedback - What are some of the positive feedback from employees regarding the impact of these initiatives? Furthermore, in what ways have these positive outcomes positively influenced the company's operations?
