The confidence in Wong likely stems from his perceived competence, especially notable among Gen Z, with 63% viewing him as highly capable. Additionally, 40% of Singaporeans regard him as trustworthy, while 28% see him as a strong leader.

As Wong prepares to assume the role of Prime Minister, 20% of Singaporeans feel hopeful, and another 13% feel confident about his leadership and the country's future.
