Google enters NUTC-SiTF partnership to reach 2,500 SMEs
The SMEs will get access to Go Global tools for marketing and e-commerce.
Google's two-year-old Go Global initiative will expand to 2,500 small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and offer masterclasses and consultancy as its new features.
The tech giant partnered with National Trades Union Congress (NUTC) and Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF) to gain access to 13,650 SMEs from the two groups' databases.
According to Google's release, new Go Global tools will include a program matching SMEs to marketing and e-commerce consultants and masterclasses for digital marketing.
The updated Go Global will also offer workshops for tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Global Market Finder.
NTUC assistant director-general Yeo Guat Kwang said, “U SME will continue to work with our SME partners to develop a digital-savvy and global-ready workforce that supports the SMEs in their business growth and opportunities.”
