Raffles Education announced the resignation of Anne Chung Gim Ean as college director effective 31 October 2014.
Ms Chung, 51, intended to pursue other interests.
She was responsible for the operation and financial performance of the college, according to a Raffles Education report.
She was appointed to the post on 1 March 2014.
