Healthway Medical Corp announced the resignation of Woo Yok Yuen as financial controller.
Ms Woo, 53, was in charge of finance, accounting, as well as cashflow management and budgetary and internal controls of the group, according to a Healthway Medical Corp report.
She was appointed to the post 3 April 2014.
