SBI Offshore named Kwan Hon Kay, Kho Chung Wah, Mark Edward Pawley, and Ling Yew Kong as directors

Each has varied experience.

Mr. Kwan, 69, is consultant for Act Management Services since 2006. He is also secretary for Marco Polo Marine and company secretary for Katrina Group. Before that, he was associate director for Tricor Evatthouse Corporate Services from 2007 to 2011. And he was associate director and owner of HIM Governance from 2005 to 2013.

Mr. Kho, 40, is managing director for William Capital since 2013. Before that, he was executive director for Pacific Star (Greater China) from 2014 to 2016. He was senior VP for Maybank Kimeng Corporate Finance from 2010 to 2013 and for DMG & Partners Securities from 2007 to 2010. He was associate director for Rabobank International in 2007. He was manager for HL Bank from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Pawley, 51, is CEO for Oxley Capital Group since 2007. Before that he was chief operating officer and head of Asian Real Estate Gaming and Lodging and Financial Sponsor Coverage Groups for Credit Suisse.

Mr. Ling, 50, is executive chairman for Anwell Technologies since December 2015 and for Firstlink Investments since May 2005. He is executive director and CEO for China Sky Chemical Fibre since September 2012. He is also director for Alphasky Group since May 2005. He was chairman for Moya Holdings Asia from February 2009 to March 2015 and for Imperium Crown from 2009 to 2010. He was executive director for Metronic Global Berhad from December 2012 to June 2013.
