Mermaid Maritime Public names Siriwan Chamnannarongsak as group CFO

Her appointment was deemed to contribute to the streamlining and enhancing of financial governance of the Company's business units across various regions.

The Board of Mermaid Maritime Public announced the appointment of Siriwan Chamnannarongsak as group chief financial officer.

Ms. Siriwan Chamnannarongsak, 42, was responsible for overall finance and accounting function of the Company group, acording to a Mermaid Maritime Public report.

In the past, she was finance director of Mermaid Maritime Public Thailand from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, she was business unit controller – Technology Business unit of DKSH Management Singapore from 2008 to 2011 and business unit controller – Technology Business Unit of DKSH Management AG Zurich, Switzerland from 2007 to 2008.
