Mermaid Maritime Public names Chalermchai Mahagitsiri as Director

He was a Chief Executive Officer of PM Group Company Limited and Director of Quality Coffee Products Limited.

The Board of Mermaid Maritime Public announced the appointment of Chalermchai Mahagitsiri as Director. The Nomination Committee, having considered Mr. Mahagitsiri’s qualifications, networks, experience and proven track record of successfully managing and growing a variety of businesses, made a recommendation to the Board of Directors that his involvement in Mermaid will help the group to strengthen and grow its business and give greater alignment with Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited ("TTA")'s interests as Mermaid’s controlling shareholder. The Board, having considered the matter, endorsed the recommendation of the Nomination Committee and appointed Mr. Mahagitsiri as a Non-Executive Director, according to a Mermaid Maritime Public.

Mr. Mahagitsiri, 33, has been a Chief Executive Officer of PM Group Company Limited, Director of Quality Coffee Products Limited and Vice Chairman of Posco-Thainox Public Company Limited.
