CEFC International appoints Ye Binlin as chief financial officer

Mr Ye, 51, shall be responsible for financial reporting, investor relations, compliance to listing requirements and overall management of finance functions of CEFC International Limited and its subsidiaries.

Mr Ye joined COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Ltd., a mainboard listed company in Singapore as Finance Director in August 2001 and was re-designated as the Chief Financial Officer in April 2008. Mr Ye had also acted as the finance director and CFO of COSCO Holdings Pte Ltd (COSCO Group's overseas headquarters of Southeast Asia/South Asia Area) during the above-mentioned period. Meanwhile, he was appointed as alternate director of both companies and board member of most subsidiaries and associated companies. He was also responsible for the whole financial and accounting management/investment/enterprise risk management of both companies and assisted the president of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Ltd for listed company corporate governance and public relations matters. Mr Ye also acted as the general legal consultant of COSCO Holdings (Singapore) Pte Ltd from Year 2010.

Mr Ye was the chief accountant of COSCO Group Xiamen Ocean Shipping Company, China. He was in charge of all corporate financial management/properties valuation/fleet restructuring/staff performance assessment and valuation/association company management and supervision from October 2012 to July 2014.

Deputy General Manager of Bilsea International Holdings Pte Ltd. He was in charge of overseas offices establishment and business development, group staff performance evaluation, bunkering business promotion and customer maintenance from December 2014 to July 2015.

Financial controller of Zhoushan Nanyang Star Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (Group). He was responsible for the overall financial and accounting management and internal controls of the Group from November 2015 to April 2016.

Consultant of Singa Star Ltd. Mr Ye was an adviser mainly in the field of the Company's investment in China and Norway, especially for the finance and internal control management from May 2016 to September 2016.

Mr Ye is currently working as consultant of CPA Partnership Pte Ltd since July 2016 and at Kinectica Pte Ltd last September 2016. Mr Ye offers general consultant services for the company.

Mr Ye is currently serving at Sunway Holdings Pte Ltd as director since October 2016.

He is also currently working as CFO of CEFC International Limited and its subsidiary in Singapore CEFC Petrochemical & Energy Pte Ltd and as director.
