H2G Green to raise $1.42m in rights issue
RHT Capital has been appointed as the issue manager.
H2G Green Limited plans to undertake a renounceable, non-underwritten rights issue of up to 1.4 billion warrants at $0.001 each, potentially raising $1.42 million in gross proceeds for general working capital.
Each warrant entitles holders to subscribe for one new share at an exercise price of $0.004, on the basis of one warrant for every existing share held. RHT Capital has been appointed as the issue manager.
Meanwhile, if all warrants issued are exercised within the Exercise Period under the Maximum Exercise Scenario, H2G Green will receive about $5.66m in gross proceeds.
However, the warrants will not be offered to shareholders with registered addresses outside Singapore.
