Chris Ong Leng Yeow appointed as CEO of Keppel O&M-Sembcorp Marine entity

He will also serve as a member of the transformation committee.

Chris Ong Leng Yeow will serve as the CEO and executive director of the merged entity of Keppel Offshore & Marine (O&M) and Sembcorp Marine.

Ong is currently serving as Keppel O&M’s chief executive, a position he has held since 2017.

In a bourse filing, Sembmarine said Ong will also serve as a member of corporate social responsibility and transformation committees of the company.

Meanwhile, Sembcorp Marine also named Mark Gainsborough as independent chairman, Jan Holm and La Chung Han as independent directors, and Nagi Hamiyeh as a non-executive and non-independent director.
