James Walton
James is the Transportation, Hospitality and Services Sector Leader for Deloitte Singapore and Southeast Asia, which includes the leisure, hospitality, gaming, travel and tourism sectors; and Deloitte’s Sport Business Group Leader for Southeast Asia.
James is also the Clients & Markets Leader for Deloitte Singapore and Southeast Asia, a role in which he oversees all of Deloitte’s marketing, business development, brand and communications activities across the ASEAN region, as well as CSR programs. He has been with Deloitte for over 20 years since starting his career in the Tax Department of Deloitte UK in 1999. In that time he has worked in over 55 countries with the network, and has been based in Singapore since 2010.
James has a BA Hons Degree in Economic & Political Development from the University of Exeter (UK) and an MBA from the Jeffrey M. Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Outside of work, James is an avid soccer player and veteran of 23 London marathons and many ultramarathons.
James Welch
James Welch heads the Media Innovation Group across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, James is an ad man who started his career at JWT’s media consultancy, the Advanced Techniques Group (which later became MindShare’s ATG). After a period as a brand consultant in Hong Kong and London, James has been helping creative, digital, and media agencies boost their clients’ brands – and businesses – across this region as well as across Europe.
Jan Sysmans
Jan specialises in collaborating with consumer brands in the region to enhance the security of their applications, safeguard their customers, and optimize their mobile business operations.
Situated in Singapore, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of Asia’s mobile app landscape. Before joining Appdome, Jan spearheaded marketing strategies in Wrike, Saba and Sugar CRM.

Jasie Fon
Jasie Fon is the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Asia at Ping Identity. Based in Singapore, she works closely with IT professionals to identify how digital identity security tools can be used to address their unique business concerns.
She has over 25 years of sales, marketing and entrepreneurship experience in enterprise applications and has built transformative, vibrant and inclusive business environments throughout her career.
Prior to Ping Identity, she held leadership roles in multinational organisations including ForgeRock, Darktrace, Microsoft and Workday. She is an advocate for Women In Technology as an honouree of Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2023 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Bradford, UK.
Jason Bissell
Jason Bissell joined Talend in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Sales and General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan. He is currently responsible for leading the dynamic Talend APJ team, where he works with partners and customers to accelerate innovation and empower data-driven enterprises.
Prior to joining Talend, Jason was most recently at Datameer where he held the position of Vice President and Managing Director, APAC. Here, he was tasked with setting up the APAC business of Datameer, based in Singapore. Jason also previously held managerial positions at Birst, eBaoTech Corporation and QlickTech.
Jason Hill
Jason Hill is Ogilvy's Chief Strategy Officer in Singapore, a role that sees him leading the office's strategy group across a range of capabilities spanning brand planning, customer engagement, channel, data analytics and social strategy.
In his previous role as Ogilvy's Head of Consulting & Data Analytics in Singapore, he led teams of strategy and data specialists to combine customer insights and data analytics with creative interpretation to develop strategic solutions for some of the agency’s largest local and international clients.
With over two decades of strategic marketing experience, Hill brings substantial expertise in areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Value Proposition Development, Strategic Business Planning, and Data-led Communications Strategies.
Jason Solis
Jason is the CEO of Biqmind. He has over 20 years of experience as a business developer and entrepreneur across technology, financial services and marketing solutions.
Beginning his career in sales and marketing for Xerox and Verizon, Jason ventured into the start-up world when he founded and served as CEO for an international UK-based telecommunications provider, serving global brands such as American Express and Microsoft. The company achieved profitability within 3 years and was subsequently sold to an organisation which later listed on the London Stock Exchange. His other career highlights include starting an Asia-based business incubation project from scratch, which at the end of 4 years was delivering significant annual recurring revenue and high margin profitability with customers across Asia.
Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
