Edith Tay

Edith Tay is the Founder and Executive Director of PropertyBank Pte Ltd, a award-winning real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Singapore that primarily focuses on commercial and industrial properties.

An experienced professional in the Singapore property space, Edith has more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate at notable organisations such as SembCorp, Knight Frank, and DTZ with her work spanning across diverse sectors such as Education, Healthcare, and Hi-tech manufacturing. This extensive background has allowed her to serve tenants, landlords and investors while honing her expertise in guiding businesses through relocation and expansion decisions.

Edith's deep understanding of business requirements positions her as a trusted advisor for companies navigating relocation and portfolio management decisions. She also offers Built-To-Suit solutions and oversees impactful Design & Build projects.

A dedicated professional who values education, Edith is a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) trainer at Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies, bringing her expertise in areas such as land zoning, industrial property regulations, and agent responsibilities. She also continues to further her skill sets as a professional and has taken official certifications to become a Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner as well as a Global Real Estate Specialist.

Edith is also the author of “Property Blueprint for Business” a book tailored towards helping Finance Managers, Human Resource Managers, and Administrators monetise their commercial real estate.

Edward Chow

Edward Chow is the Vice President for Asia Pacific Sales & Services at Stratus. Edward is responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth across the region as well as cultivating a strategic focus in developing the edge computing and IoT markets. Edward has more than 20 years of progressive experience in both information technology companies and industrial solution enterprises where he covered a number of leadership roles in sales, marketing, business development, services, operations and finance.

Prior to Stratus he held the role of General Manager at TSI Asia Pacific HQ. During his career, Edward had several international assignments in China, Japan, Taiwan, Canada and Singapore driving cross-cultural teams and matrixed organisations. Edward has earned an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. Edward is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Edward Senju

Edward Senju is the Regional Chief Executive Officer at Sansan Inc., a Japanese provider of cloud-based contact management solutions for corporations. Using Singapore as a springboard, he is responsible for driving Sansan’s growth in the region, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Since joining Sansan in 2009, Senju has been a key contributor in the company’s growth and expansion from Japan to other parts of Asia.

In 2011, he was tasked with helping launch and develop Sansan’s consumer-oriented contact management app, Eight. He subsequently helped build it into Japan’s largest business social network. With extensive time living in the United States and Mexico, Senju graduated from Chuo University (Tokyo) in 2003 and worked with global tech giant Oracle as an Account Manager, in charge of enterprise sales, before joining Sansan.

Edwin Koh

As the Regional Director of Southeast Asia at Limelight Networks, Edwin Koh is responsible for the overall business strategic direction and business growth with a focus on digital experiences. He has worked with various major Media & Entertainment, OTT and E-commerce companies, providing solutions for live video streaming, VOD, edge computing, web acceleration, cloud storage and security services.

His experience and expertise include digital business transformations, video solutions and cloud services. Prior to joining Limelight in 2016, he has over a decade of experience in the Cloud, E-commerce and Datacenter segment. Edwin is based in Singapore and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Law from the University of London.

Eesha Muneeb

Eesha graduated from Singapore Management University with majors in Finance and International Trading and is working as a consultant for the energy and commodities industry, a member of MENSA, and actively involved in leadership and character building programs for youngsters in Singapore.

Effendy Ibrahim

Effendy Ibrahim is Veeam Software vice president for Asia & Japan, responsible for P&L, revenue targets, regional growth, as well as all marketing programs and activities across both customers and channel partners, from small businesses to enterprises.

Eilert Giertsen Hanoa

Eilert Giertsen Hanoa is the Chief Executive Officer at Kahoot!. He was the first (active) Kahoot! investor and served as Chairman of the Board in 2014-2019.

Hanoa is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of ERP software company Mamut (delisted from OSE when acquired by Visma in 2011), and Director SMB ERP in Visma from 2011-2018. He is also a board member of Dagens Næringsliv AS and Gyldendal ASA and investor in several start-ups. He has studied management and finance studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
