SBR Management Excellence Awards 2019 is now accepting nominations

Deadline for entries is on 18 October 2019.

Businesses in the forefront of their industries are led by exceptional leaders who understand what it takes to steer their companies to success despite changing market trends and shifts in the global economy.

Singapore Business Review formally opens the nominations for the fifth installment of the Management Excellence Awards.

SBR Management Excellence Awards 2019 is on the search for outstanding individuals and teams whose management initiatives have brought tangible business gains for their company's operations.

The award categories that will be given for each industry include Executive of the Year, Innovator of the Year, Team of the Year, and Employee Engagement of the Year.

Last year, 18 awardees were lauded for their exceptional business practices during the awards dinner which was attended by over 160 corporate leaders.

"This award for me is a recognition of the hard work that I put in, but at the same time it is also an award that will give the team more confidence in my leadership," Henry Chu Heng Hwee, Group CEO of BreadTalk Group, expressed in a statement.

The CEO was recognised as Executive of the Year for the Food & Beverage industry.

“This award is inspiration not just for me alone but also for the team together as a unit to continue to achieve better in time to come,” Hwee added.

Nominations are open until 18 October 2019. A panel consisting of thought leaders and industry experts will carefully evaluate each entry.

The awards ceremony will take place on 28 November 2019.
