International Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong is The Asian Export Awards 2018's new partner

ICC-HK joins the top award for Asia's exporters as supporting partner.

The Asian Export Awards 2018 is welcoming the International Chamber of Commerce of Hongkong (ICC-HK) as one of its supporting partners for its inaugural year.

Founded in 1998, the ICC-HK is the Hong Kong representative body of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Not only does the ICC-HK aim to represent Hong Kong's business interests in the international community, it also seeks to contribute to the ICC via Hong Kong's business experience as well as in policy issues, international standards and business practices.

ICC-HK also helps the ICC set up business standards as well as promote interflow of business around the world. The ICC-HK's members include top companies, businesses, and chambers of commerce in Hong Kong.

Aside from being involved in the ICC's policy work, ICC-HK also provides electronic processing services of Trade Declarations, Dutiable Commodities Permits, and China Interactive Customs Declaration Service Platform. It also sells ICC publications that cover a wide range of standards and practices such as arbitration, incoterms, model contracts and trade finance.

The Asian Export Awards 2018 aims to recognise the best exporting companies in Asia, from excellent products and services to unique innovations. There are 48 categories open to any exporter in Asia. Each award will be open to two divisions - Large Corporates and Local Champion. Large Corporates is for large companies with group turnover of over $300 million, whilst Local Champion is for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Winners of the Asian Export Awards 2018 will be invited to attend the awards ceremony to be held at Conrad Centennial Singapore on 20 November 2018.
