Sattar Bawany of CEE clinches Executive of the Year for Consulting

Sattar Bawany is a seasoned executive coach and author of a powerful new book for the transformation of digital-driven future business leaders.

Further building on his already impressive range of accomplishments, Professor Sattar Bawany, CEO of the Centre of Executive Education (CEE), has written and published the book Transforming the Next Generation of Leaders: Developing Future Leaders for a Disruptive, Digital-Driven Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0).

With its unique framework that enables organisations to develop their high-potential executives, managers and even individual contributors, Transforming the Next Generation of Leaders has been endorsed by global thought leaders, including Dr. Marshall Goldsmith.

The acclaim has focused on Prof Bawany’s insightful approaches to nurturing a crop of leaders who can successfully navigate the digital and highly disruptive business environment. The strategies recommended in the book have been tested during his extensive hands-on experience as an executive coach to CEOs and C-suite leaders.

Prof Bawany draws from a deep pool of expertise spanning 30 years in international business management, including 20 years in executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development and training with leading global management consulting firms, including Mercer HR Consulting, Hay Group and DBM.
He is currently serving as a member of the Advisory Panel of China-ASEAN Business Alliance (CABA).

In the past two decades, he has taught international business strategies and human resources courses in various leading universities. He is presently an adjunct professor of leadership and until recently served as a member of the advisory board of Curtin Graduate School of Business School (CGSB), Curtin Business School (CBS) of Curtin University, Western Australia, and concurrently an adjunct professor of strategy with Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM).

Prof Bawany also puts his advice to practice, guiding the executives and affiliate partners of his company, CEE, which is an award-winning and the premier network for established human resource management and executive development consulting firms globally. Under his leadership, the company has forged global strategic partnerships with Executive Development Associates (EDA), International Professional Managers Association (IPMA), Action Management Associates Inc. (AMAI), as well as a network of affiliate partners across the Asia Pacific region.
