Joseph Wong of TRAININGGEARASIA PTE LTD wins Executive of the Year - Talent Development and Engagement

His team pioneered the concept of career conversations.

Singapore Business Review lauded the most exceptional business leaders in Singapore at the recently concluded Management Excellence Awards.

Now on its third year, the Management Excellence Awards recognises exemplary top-level management executives whose initiatives have brought tangible business gains for their company’s operations.

Joseph received Executive of the Year under the talent development and engagement category for his strong leadership of TRAININGGEARASIA PTE LTD. After pioneering the concept of career conversations in 2011, Joseph’s team also introduced a paradigm shift in viewing talent engagement - one that is not limited to growing and retaining talent but also ensuring their return so that businesses are able to move forward with the help of their best human resources. Joseph received the award at the gala dinner held on December 6 at Conrad Centennial Singapore.
