Cocoro Life wins at Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2021

Cocoro Life, a new e-Service platform that delivers AI-enabled CRM, bagged the Digital Consumer Award at the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2021.

A new startup company by Sharp Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Cocoro Life is the 1st ever consumer e-Services app for all home appliances, mobile and IT products. The win is a recognition of Cocoro Life technological excellence.

The new AI-powered e-Service and CRM platform will improve customers’ satisfaction by enabling all customers to be notified of their product warranty status as well as enable them to monitor the service and maintenance status of their products.

Customers will be able to connect directly to the relevant Authorised Service Team with regard to the maintenance, servicing or repair of their home appliances and products.
The smart app will be equipped with live chat features to provide immediate troubleshooting to all customers. Not limited to Sharp customers, this first-of-its-kind app also caters to customers of other electrical brands.

Driven by the 8 fundamental Smart Lifestyles – Smart Health and Wellness, Smart Security, Smart Home, Smart Office, Smart Industry, Smart Automotive, Smart Education and Entertainment – Cocoro Life enables customers to keep track of all their devices’ warranties through a single mobile platform.
