AEM bags the SBR National Business Award for Manufacturing Technology

The company is bringing Singapore technology to the forefront with its application-specific test solutions for complex chips used in 5G, AI, EV, and quantum computing applications.

Singapore, May 6, 2021 - AEM, a global leader in test and handling solutions, has won the SBR National Business Award for Manufacturing Technology. In its 6th year, the SBR National Business Awards is an initiative to honour local and homegrown companies in Singapore and recognise outstanding projects that have contributed to Singapore’s fast-growing economy.

AEM was recognised as the pioneer of System Level Test (SLT) solutions, which have significantly narrowed the widening gap between actual user failure detection and test coveragre possible on standard Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for more complex integrated circuit (IC) designs and advanced packaging.
