Tricor's digital innovation honoured at the Malaysia International Business Awards

Tricor's digital transformation strategy, ‘One Tricor’, reimagines the customer experience by boosting efficiency, accuracy and productivity.

Tricor took home the Malaysia International Business Award 2022 trophy in the Business Services category, earning the accolade for excellence in digital innovation which has revolutionized the firm’s client experience.

The Malaysia International Business Awards 2022, presented by Singapore Business Review, is now in its fourth year. The programme recognizes enterprises in Malaysia for their hard work and dedication, calling attention to initiatives that have significantly enhanced business growth.

Tricor, Asia’s leading business expansion specialist, has continuously invested in various technologies and platforms as part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy, as the world moves into the digital era and customer demands evolve. This innovation is enabling the firm to distinctly cater to the unique needs and priorities of its global client base.

The next installment of the ‘One Tricor’ project is set to launch in the third quarter of 2022, with a ground-up redesign of the firm’s corporate governance solutions.
