Stellar SparX International Sdn Bhd (SSI) CEO Esther Yap wins the Innovator of the Year Award at the Malaysia Management Excellence Awards 2021

A newly established international business consulting and executive coaching company was recognized for its innovative strategies, and the increase in its business performances to thrice in the span of a year.

With Ms. Esther Yap’s exceptional leadership and innovative strategies, the emerging international business consulting and executive coaching company, Stellar SparX International Sdn Bhd (SSI), was able to innovate its management consulting and people development strategies. It took its international marketing efforts to the next level, drove creative talent management and employee engagement initiatives, and grew its human capital resources by threefold in the span of a year during the pandemic. With this, it was recognised with the Innovator of the Year – Training and Development trophy at the recently concluded Malaysia Management Excellence Awards 2021, presented by Singapore Business Review. 

The inaugural awards programme lauds the country’s most outstanding and innovative business leaders, whose notable new projects and innovations have brought tangible gains to the success of their businesses and clients. It also recognises outstanding management strategies and human capital initiatives that boost business performances and employees' motivation at work.
