Prosegur Singapore wins SBR International Business Award for Business Services - Security

Prosegur was approached by one of the world's biggest healthcare companies. Providing life-changing treatments and producing life-saving vaccines to millions of people, Sanofi was looking to implement an innovative solution under "Integrated Security Management" (ISM) where it was looking for all of their site security needs to be managed by one supplier.

Prosegur participated in their "Integra Methodology," with Prosegur Integra Solution enables the flexible delivery and fully adaptive security solutions to meet the organisation's needs and integrate technology as well as the best professionals.

The solution allows Prosegur to have a reduction of security manpower without compromising the level of security. The proposed Integra solution for the Sanofi Aventis plant at Jurong would be a combination of certified security officers; dynamic mobile guarding; remote and virtual surveillance by 24/7 Prosegur Smart Centre; as well as the installation of CCTVs system, video analytics, virtual guard patrol, access control, public announcement system, auto-carpark barrier for employee's carpark, and turnstile at the employee's carpark.

With the above Integra Model, Sanofi was able to contain their security manpower cost in the current climate of the Progressive Wage Model in the security which translates into a cost increase for the clients.

Overall, the monthly gross wage across all job levels will rise at an average compound annual rate of 6.6% from 2022 to 2022. This is more than twice the minimum 3% annual increase announced in November 2017.
