PropNex Realty highlights proprietary apps to sustain success

For Singapore’s largest listed real estate firm PropNex Realty, technology and digital tools play a crucial role in allowing property realtors to add value for their clients and contribute to their sustained success. As such, its utmost priority is ensuring that all realtors have access to powerful digital tools as well as the literacy to fully utilise those tools, allowing them to efficiently access massive information at their fingertips and obtain useful insights.

The company currently has a team of over 40 full-time app developers who work on its extensive suite of tools that are constantly being fine-tuned. The tools are housed in the agency’s two signature proprietary apps — the PropNex Investment Suite, as well as its most recent PropNex Business Suite.

PropNex Investment Suite is geared towards helping realtors identify market trends across various property segments, be it residential, commercial or industrial. Recognising the extensive research agents have to do when marketing properties, the app was created to provide in-depth analysis with a click of a button. It is designed to help realtors prospect for sales, shorten the sales cycle, and resolve various pain points faced by realtors in their day-to-day tasks by allowing them to filter property listings through multiple criteria, including budget, location, size, number of bedrooms, and distance to key amenities.

Meanwhile, the PropNex Business Suite has embraced technology and artificial intelligence to allow salespersons to use this as a marketing tool to easily reach out to clients. It also serves as an internal co-broking chat and training registration platform.

Also embedded within the Business Suite app is a brand-new module called “Templates.AI,” which is engineered with the ChatGPT OpenAI capability to empower the salesperson to write social media posts and property descriptions for their property listings.

These innovative solutions have brought recognition to PropNex Realty as it clinched the PropTech - Real Estate category at the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2024.
