Sridhar Pinnapureddy brings home the Executive of the Year award at SBR Management Excellence Awards

The Cloud4C founder was awarded this top prize in the IT Services category. 

Strong and decisive leadership is crucial in times of crisis, especially during unprecedented times. When COVID-19 first hit in 2020, Cloud4C founder and CEO Sridhar Pinnapureddy observed that companies were accelerating their digitalization and cloud adoption efforts to cope. 

He understood the need at this time and decided to expand Cloud4C within seven new markets and support its existing and new clients as the company transitioned into a digital model. Within 120 days, Cloud4C appointed country managers in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, South America, and the Middle East, as well as launched its operations in South Korea. 

Sridhar’s strong business acumen and deep understanding of the global enterprise ecosystem helped Cloud4C’s expansion efforts and resulted in tremendous success for the company in Southeast Asia, the leading market for digital growth. 

For his notable efforts and industry-leading decisions, Cloud4C’s Sridhar Pinnapureddy was given the Executive of the Year – IT Services award in the recently concluded Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards. 

This annual awards programme recognizes excellent executives, innovators, and teams, as well as HR and company initiatives that promote the well-being of employees. 

Since 2020, Cloud4C has invested in advanced consulting capabilities in SAP, Azure, AWS, GCP, DevOps, Hyperautomation, RPA, Desktop as a Service, Managed Detection and Response, Healthcare-in-a-box, Insurance-in-a-box and more. 

It has also signed a Global Silver Partnership with Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE to help customers simplify digital transformation with SAP systems. 

In 2021, Cloud4C signed on multiple partnerships to strengthen its position in Southeast Asia, including Citrix to offer the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service for enterprises and its collaboration with Google Cloud to build a Centre of Excellence for SAP and Anthos. 

Under Sridhar’s leadership, Cloud4C has been named a Visionary in 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Public Cloud IT Transformation Services. 

He always believed that people’s welfare comes first. As the pandemic affected countless lives, the awardee initiated COVID-19 incentives for all employees and fully compensated full-time workers in data centres, provided comprehensive employee insurance, offered financial support and set up a COVID-19 helpline. 

At the peak of India’s COVID-19 crisis in May 2021, Sridhar also donated 400 oxygen concentrators to different institutions. 

Sridhar is actively involved in various social responsibility initiatives. He championed developing a multi-acre solar farm for data centre energy needs to reduce the carbon footprint of data centres with a vision of 100% renewal energy-powered data centers by 2025, subject to regulatory permissions, and zero carbon footprint by 2030. 

He is also passionate about youth development in the tech industry, which is why Cloud4C partnered with the local government and major IT universities to launch Cloud4C Academy in South Korea. 

He also chaired the largest global entrepreneurship Summit with initiatives benefiting over 600 start-ups and 6000 students last year as the Chapter President of TiE Hyderabad.

In addition, he is also passionate about sports development and regularly supports young sporting talents, such as the 10m air pistol champion Esha Singh, as well as other track cyclothon and National Table Tennis championships to further develop other talents in India.
