This year, AEM's Engineering Team (SG) received the Team of the Year Award in the Technology category at the SBR Management Excellence Awards for its role in driving AEM's technological capabilities and advancement and delivering exceptional products and services to meet its customers' needs. From executing products in a highly coordinated manner to synchronized product implementation, the Team is agile in adapting to new strategies and processes and resilient in the face of challenges, especially over the past two years. AEM was previously awarded the Software Excellence Award and Supplier Achievement Award for its extraordinary performance even in the face of pandemic-related supply-chain challenges.

Innovator of the Year

AEM's Senior Director for the Test Cell Solutions Group, Sid Chan, is also this edition's Innovator of the Year Award recipient. Since his appointment in 2018 as the leader of AEM's Advanced Technological Research Center (ATRC), the company's first research center of excellence for technologies, Sid and his Team developed the first AEM equipment to comprehend everything the company needs to know about System Level Test. Comprising multiple-discipline technical specialists, Sid's Team architected the test control system capable of running System Level Test on multiple sites in parallel with various interfaces and variable power choices. As a leader, Sid cultivates a culture of innovation and nurtures the talents and contributions of his team members.

Today, AEM's Engineering Teams have grown in numbers and expertise. They continue to play a critical role in customer engagement and product roadmap development to keep AEM ahead of the testing methodology curve.
