Hyflux announced the resignation of Rajsekar Kuppuswami Mitta as independent non-executive director.
Following his resignation, Mr Rajsekar Kuppuswami Mitta, 57, also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee, according to a Hyflux report.
He was appointed to the post 28 April 2007.
