Hyflux moves claims of proof deadline to 11 March

This is in connection to scheme meetings on the Utico deal.

Embattled Hyflux has extended the deadline for creditors to file proof of claim in connection with scheme meetings on the Utico rescue deal to 11 March, according to a notice.

As the next court hearing for the applications for leave to convene the scheme meetings is fixed for 10 March 2020, the deadline for the filing of proofs shall be postponed from 5 p.m. on 27 February 2020.

Creditors may file claims on Hyflux, Hyflux Engineering, Hyflux Membrane Manufacturing, and Hydrochem.

Any party who fails to submit proof on the deadline will not be allowed to vote at the scheme meeting and may not be entitled to any payments or distributions made pursuant to the compromise that will be voted on.
