Hyflux judicial managers to hold virtual townhall

Hyflux’s judicial managers are holding a virtual town hall meeting on 14 January for the holders of the water firm’s perpetual securities, preference shares and medium-term notes, a bourse filing said.
Those interested must register by 11 January.
According to the judicial managers, the timing and amount of recovery for the holders remain uncertain and will be affected by several factors, including the outcome of the investor process, the terms of any proposed restructuring agreement, and the successful execution of any proposed agreement.
The managers will give an update of the investor search and restructuring process during the meeting.
