Singapore Post appoints Kong Sau Wai and Ai Lian Fang as directors

It is a non-executive appointment made on October 10, 2016.

Miss Kong is director for Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC from 2015 to present. She was also director for Stamford Law Corporation from 2007 to 2015. She was management associate for PSA International from 2005 to 2006.

As part of her primary occupation as a legal practitioner, she has given training to new directors in respect of their roles and responsibilities of a listed company in Singapore.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Fang, 66, is currently an advisor to the Far East Organization Group. She is also director of Banyan Tree Holdings and Metro Holdings. She was a director of Singapore Telecommunications until July 2015 and a director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation until April 2014. She also served as the chairman of Great Eastern Holdings as well as chairman of its insurance subsidiaries until April 2014. Before that, she was with Ernst & Young for 37 years until she retired as chairman in March 2008.

Mrs. Fang was also a director to Singapore Exchange Securities Trading.
