Small car COE premium subsides, down to $50,951

Certificate of Entitlement premiums for small cars have subsided by the end of the November second open bidding exercise. Premiums for Category A was down to $50,951 from $52,668 in the first open bidding.
Premiums for Category B cars also posted a decline, down to $53,001 from $56,206. For Category D (motorcycles), premiums were around the same at $6,212.
For Category C (goods vehicles and buses), premiums were at $49,002 while the open category premiums were at $54,901.
LTA received 5,581 bids for the second bidding exercise, of which only 4,008 were successful.
