Capacity will grow by 60%.
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) said that the Circle Line (CCL) will welcome 24 new trains by the middle of 2016.
Seven of 24 new trains have been progressively deployed for service on the Circle Line (CCL) from 24 June this year, while another three to five new trains will be put into service by the end of this year.
