Polaris Group appoints Juliana Julianti Samudro as executive director and CFO

She will step down as a member of the company's Audit Committee with effect from 1 January 2014.

Polaris announced the appointment of Juliana Julianti Samudro as executive director and chief financial officer effective 1 January 2014.

Ms Juliana Julianti Samudro, 41, will be responsible for the financial and accounting matters of Polaris Group.

She was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 26 July 2011 and is very familiar with the Polaris Group's business, according to a Polaris Financial Technology.

At present, she is director of Corporate Services of PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk since 2010 until her appointment. Before this, she was senior vice president of Corporate Services of PT. Trikomsel Oke Tbk from 2008 to 2010 and senior vice president and head of Corporate Secretary Division and Investor Relations of PT. Bank UOB Buana Tbk from 1996 to 2007.
