Circles.Life offers $0 'flexi plan' with free 1GB data

It also partnered with SingPost to enable sign-ups in post offices.

Circles.Life launched a $0 per month Flexi Plan, where customers can get 1GB data, 30 minutes talktime, and 10 SMS when they sign up for the plan. This allows customers to top up $8 for 1GB, $12 for 12GB, and $5 for additional 30 minutes talktime and 10 SMS.

According to an announcement, Circles.Life also partnered with SingPost to enable customers to sign up for the plan through a kiosk. "This will start with General Post Office, Sengkang and Woodlands Post office. Customers there can now sign up at the Circles.Life kiosk in SingPost post offices and collect the SIM card right away at the counter," the company said.

"Unlimiting digital access also means making our service more accessible for everyone. By tapping on SingPost’s post offices across Singapore, our service will be even more accessible to more people, leaving no one out of the smart nation initiative," said Circles.Life co-founder Rameez Ansar.

Customers can still choose the $28 Base Plan of 6GB data per month which will continue to be "popular for the majority," Circles.Life added.

The operator has been rolling out new services through its partnerships with other companies. It launched a service with EZ-Link that offers customers 100MB for every 10 rides using EZ-Link on public transport and an additional 1GB monthly for linking of their Circles.Life number to EZ-Link account through the EZ-Link App.

Circles.Life is quietly chipping away market share under the radar, analysts have said. M1, being the network provider of Circles.Life is benefitting from ~1% revenue share gained by Circles.Life, which is operating on a low-touch business model and customisable plans.
