Singtel sells 14.14% stake in Thai data centre firm for $27m
It was sold to a company under Singtel's associate.
Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) sold 84.06 million shares, or 14.14%, in CS Loxinfo Public Company Limited (CSLox) for $27m.
According to an announcement, the stake was sold to Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited (AWN), a subsidiary of Singtel's associate Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited.
Based in Thailand, CSLox is a provider of internet data centre services, internet, and satellite uplink-downlink services for domestic and international communications.
