Singtel launches all-digital product GOMO Mobile

It includes 20GB of data, 200 minutes talktime, 200 SMS and free Caller ID at $20 per month.

Singtel unveiled its all-digital mobile product GOMO, which specially caters to the lifestyles of digital natives and millennials, an announcement revealed.

GOMO is said to provide immediate digital mobile sign-up and same day SIM card delivery, a dedicated Care app and 24/7 live chat for customer service enquiries, on top of data allowances and lifestyle benefits.

Priced at $20 per month, GOMO Mobile includes 20GB of data, 200 minutes talktime, 200 SMS and free Caller ID, Singtel said, adding that the no-contract plan works on a 30-day payment cycle and customers can easily link their debit or credit card for monthly payments and make instant purchases whenever additional data, text or minutes are required.

“GOMO is our call to customers to Get Out More Often whenever and wherever they want, be it through using data on-the-go or enjoying exclusive perks as they eat, play and travel,” Yuen Kuan Moon, CEO of Consumer Singapore at Singtel, said in a statement.

GOMO Mobile can be purchased online, and is available to everyone in Singapore with no additional charges or deposits required for Work Permit or S Pass holders.

In a separate announcement, Singtel also announced it would offer its mobile and broadband bundle customers a one year Amazon Prime membership, which will include access to free two-hour deliveries, free international shipping and streaming service Amazon Prime Video. The Prime membership offer, priced at $2.99 per month, is valid from 26 March to 30 June.
