
Some M1 Customers still ranting over service disruption today
A major mobile service outage affected some M1 users here yesterday, May 18, but full restoration was already made overnight, according to M1. Complaints from some user however still flood Twitter trends.
“There should have been no problem already, mobile services were fully restored last night at 10+pm,” Petrina Teoh Senior Manager of the Corporate Communications told Singapore Business Review.
Some users early this morning however tweet of finding themselves still unable to make and receive calls and text messages.

M1’s Ms. Seoh said that the management will look at the matter again.
