Wang Mingchuan resigned as AVIC International Maritime's director

He wants to pursue other interests.

Mr. Wang, 51, is chief accountant for AVIC International Shenzhen and partner at Guangdong Junyan Lawfirm.

He is on the board of directors at Fiyta, Rainbow Department Store, Tianma Microelectronics, AVIC Real Estate, and Xiamen Tianma Microelectronics. He was previously employed as deputy chief accountant for AVIC International, manager of Financial Department for Shenzhen Shenrong Engineering Plastics, supervisor of Financial Division for China Airlines Chengdu Engine, and CFO for Shenzhen Catic Commercial & Trade.

He got his undergraduate degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, a graduate degree from the University of Tongji, an MBA from China Europe International Business School and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
