National Maritime Safety at Sea Council appoints new chairman
Ishak Ismail is succeeding founding chairman Richard Lim.
The National Maritime Safety at Sea Council (NMSSC) has assigned BAE Systems Hägglunds AB’s director of business development Ishak Ismail as their new chairman effective 1 July, a press release revealed.
He will take over from founding chairman of the NMSSC Richard Lim, who is also the chairman of ST Logistics.
The NMSSC, established by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) in 2015, consists of members from the private sector, public sector and associations dedicated for promoting maritime safety.
