PSA International to acquire 85% stake in Poland's Loconi

Loconi runs 220 trains monthly across five corridors in Poland.

Through its subsidiary PSA Baltics N.V., PSA International will acquire an 85% stake in Loconi International S.A. (Loconi), one of Poland’s leading intermodal operators.

PSA International will acquire the stake from Polish freight forwarder ATC Cargo S.A.

The acquisition is subject to the approval of relevant authorities.

PSA plans to enhance hinterland connections from the Baltic Hub Container Terminal in Gdansk, Poland, and expand the port’s reach into new markets in Central and Eastern Europe through the acquisition.

Loconi runs 220 trains monthly across five corridors in Poland and handles approximately 250,000 TEUs annually.
