Both exports and imports grew but at a slower pace compared to the month before
This chart from Enterprise Singapore shows that total trade grew by 8.6% year-on-year (YoY) in October.
This is an easing from the 20.7% expansion in the preceding month. Total exports rose by 6.3%, after the previous month’s 20.1% growth.
Total imports, meanwhile, grew by 11.1%, following the 21.4% expansion in September 2022.
