Here’s how Ezra can energise its dwindling share price
It needs help from its subsea arm.
Investor confidence is at a low for the offshore and marine company, but a sliver of hope remains to regain the investors’ trust.
According to analysts from DBS, some order wins from its subsea division could potentially boost investor sentiment.
DBS adds that while any contract may not materially affect near-term earnings, confidence of its subsea business should improve.
“More order wins at Triyards would also send a signal to the market that the yard should be able maintain its orderbook in the medium term despite a slowdown in the oil & gas sector,” DBS said.
