However, NODX to Indonesia and Hong Kong declined by 17% and 6% respecively, due to electronic and non-electronic NODX.

According to International Enterprise Singapore, on a y-o-y basis, NODX to the EU 27, China, Japan and Malaysia rose in February 2011. The top three contributors to the NODX rise in February 2011 were the EU 27, the US and China.

NODX to the EU 27 expanded by 14% and NODX to China expanded by 14%.

NODX to Hong Kong contracted because electronic NODX to Hong Kong declined by 9.5% and non-electronic NODX to Hong Kong decreased by 0.3%. The decline in electronic NODX was due to parts of ICs (-37%), parts of PCs (-18%)and disk drives (-72%). The decline in non-electronic NODX was due to electrical machinery (-24%), disk media products (-45%) and electrical circuit apparatus (-41%).

NODX to Indonesia contracted because of both electronic and non-electronic NODX. Electronic NODX to Indonesia decreased by 27% in February 2011, following the 10 per cent decline in the preceding month, due to parts of PCs (-25 %), consumer electronics (-41 %) and other computer peripherals (-66 %). Non electronic NODX to Indonesia declined by 15 % in February 2011, in contrast to the 25 % increase in the preceding month, due to ships & boats (-100 %), miscellaneous manufactured articles (-65 %) and household goods (-94 %).
