Ong Seng Pheow joins Jacks International as director

He has over 34 years experience in public practice with an international firm of accountants.

Jacks International announced the appointment of Ong Seng Pheow as independent non-executive director.

Mr Ong, 66, was also appointed as Audit Committee chairman.

He was the national director of assurance and advisory business services of Ernst & Young Malaysia from 1994 until 2003. He is also independent non-executive director and chairman of the Audit Committee of three other public listed companies in Malaysia, namely Daiman Development Berhad, LCTH Corp and George Kent Malaysia. He is also Non-Executive Director of RHB Bank, according to a Jacks International report.

He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
