Liongold appoints Goh Sian Hin Brendan as chief financial officer

He replaces Ms Wong Choy Yin.

According to a release, since the resignation of the previous Chief Financial Officer, Ms Wong Choy Yin, on 31 August 2012, the Company has not appointed any Chief Financial Officer.

The Board of Directors deems it prudent to appoint Mr Goh Sian Hin Brendan as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Ms Wong Choy Yin.

The appointment is as Chief Financial Officer of the Group. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for determining the financial policies of the Group and taking charge of the full accounting, financial and treasury/cash management as well as human resource matters of the Group.

He was formerly director and co-Head of Corporate Finance at DMG & Partners Securities Pte. Ltd.
