The Providore Warehouse, which opened on May 21 is the new retails store at Tan Boon Liat Building on Outram Road. The Providore, is founded by former Australian chef Bruce Chapman with his business partner Robert Collick. It is the founders' second premium F&B venture after selling off Jone the Grocer Singapore in 2012. 

With the new retail store, The Providore Warehouse, offers the locally made and globally sourced products. Its product selection ranges from Italian biscuits to French herbs and spices, blended coffees and teas to Australian ice-cream and Japanese baking supplies, the huge variety of over 500 private label items and imported third-party goods that are now available for discerning consumers.

It also has a spacious and modern industrial warehouse setting where customers can also find an extensive collection of wine, craft beer, artisanal spirits, cookbooks and bespoke gifts.

“The retail store was developed with ‘very careful’ thought over months of planning. Every element in the retail store was designed to create a unique shopping experience for foodies in Singapore and in the region,” The Providore Warehouse representative explained

After the successful opening, the management is unveiling a cafe on the newly renovated second floor of TANGS Orchard. More information about the new cafe will be revealed soon.
