Fragrance Du Bois to launch a new scent this year

Launching a new scent in 2015 and opening more boutiques in the Middle East and Asia are just amongst the many plans that France-based luxury perfume house Fragrance Du Bois has in the pipeline. But while patrons are waiting for these plans to materialize, everyone is welcome to visit the brand’s pop-up store at TANGS Orchard which is there to stay only until April 26.

 The pop up store which first opened in March 27 aims to extend the brand’s products to locals who might not know about Fragrance Du Bois. “It will also be a great opportunity to give Singaporeans, and others, a firsthand experience of a niche perfumery, as well as the magical Oud oil which is used to such special effect in all our creations,” says Nicola Parker.

The pop up store is designed to replicate, in miniature, Du Bois' elegant flagship boutique in The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Adorned with its signature black and gold furnishings, the pop up boutique will also include Du Bois' characteristic central feature - a fragrance table with cloches scented with each signature Du Bois perfume.

Who is Fragrance Du Bois?

Fragrance Du Bois bills itself as a niche luxury perfume house born from the richest essences of nature, crafted by fifth generation perfumers from the 17th century French traditions of Grasse. The brand boasts of having all their fragrances created using 100% pure, organic Oud oil and other sustainably-sourced ingredients.

As with every new niche luxury brand in the world, Du Bois also faces challenges of educating the consumers of their brand philosophy. However, Nicola said once the customer know more about their brand and philosophy - they are usually very intrigued by how the Oud Oil elevates the properties of their fragrances.

At the present time, Fragrance Du Bois also carries some amazing luxury niche guest brands such as Xerjoff, House of Sillage, Illuminum, Sue Wong, and Isabey, with more to come in the months ahead.
