Arete Culture opens first store in Lam Soon Building

It's a one-stop shop for your quirky interior decors.

To bring forth a vision of “luxe for all”, Arete Culture, recently opened its retail arm in Lam Soon Building at Hillview Avenue last September 17.

Arete Culture, founded in 2010, began as an interior styling service. It now continues to offer its styling services on top of running its retail arm, launched September 2014. 

Arete Culture’s portfolio includes interior staging, home consultations, and complete interior overhauls done within two days. It also features projects across major cities in Southeast Asia, Caroline creates elegant but functional spaces tailored to her clients’ lifestyles.

The Luxe Hotel is Arete Culture's first soft furnishings collection launched in 2013. It is a fully customizable, bespoke range of artwork, lighting,mirrors, cushions, and other home accessories. Its in-house line claims to be fully customizable, bespoke range of soft furnishings that embody Arete Culture's vision - ‘well-made, well-priced pieces for every home’.

The store also carries reputable international labels such as Sleep Naked, a 5-star luxury hotel line of bed linens; DXI Living, hand-cast resin products by Thailand's most innovative resin artisans, and The Soi Company, a US-based line of hand-poured soy candles.

According to Arete Culture founder and stylist, Caroline, shopping at Arete Culture is ‘more than just a retail store’ - as they are also investing in their customers' experience. It is said to be much like visiting a friend’s home, complimentary water, coffee, and even wine to be extended to all customers.

“With over 2000 items, our boutique is a one-stop shop aimed at making interiors shopping fuss-free for customers. To ease the decision making process, products are organized by colour and professional help is available free-of-charge in store at all times,” said Caroline.

On top of the retail arm, Arete Culture will also hold inexpensive quarterly workshops to empower shoppers with interior styling knowledge.
