Far East Orchard Limited names Koh Kah Sek as non-executive director

She is directly associated with a shareholder of the company.

Ms. Koh, 45, has been the chief financial officer and executive director of Far East Organization, a substantial shareholder, since January 2015.

She was group financial controller from April 2012 to December 2014. She was group treasurer from September 2009 to October 2011, chief financial officer (Singapore) from April 2007 to September 2009 and group financial controller from March 2005 to April 2007 for Singapore Telecommunications Limited. 

Ms. Koh was vice president in finance for Yeo Hiap Seng’s Singapore and US operations. She also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Goldman Sachs.
She was director for Advanced Info Service Public Company from January 2007 to January 2008, for Globe Telecom from February 2006 to January 2, 2011 and for Singapore Telecommunications since February 2006.

She holds a Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a chartered accountant of Singapore and CPA Australia.
