Astaka Holdings appoints Lee Shih Yi as chief financial officer

It is executive and effective on November 1, 2016.

Ms. Lee, 36, is to oversee all the financial matters of the group, including accounting, financial reporting, cost management accounting, foreign exchange management, credit control, budgeting, tax, and cashflow planning.

She is deputy group chief financial officer for GSH Corporation since July 2014. Priort to that, she was group financial controller or chief financial officer for Pulai Springs Berhad from March 2011 to June 2014. She was group financial controller for Tanco Holdings Berhad from January 2010 to February 2011. She was also finance manager for Geoservices Inc. France Private Equity from January 2009 to December 2009. She was also corporate and finance manager for Lasseters International Holdings from 2006 to 2008.
